The stunning 2024 Buick Encore GX comes with a new look, an impressive 11-inch touchscreen, and a wealth of driver assistance features. Check out our highlights below to learn more about this elevated SUV.

The Ultrawide Touchscreen
Buick has added a new 11-inch ultrawide touchscreen to the Encore GX. This new standard display stands out in part because it is placed in the center of the dashboard, right next to the eight-inch driver information center behind the steering wheel. This gives the new model an even more modern-looking interior and a touchscreen that’s easy to see at a quick glance.
The infotainment system uses intuitive software, and includes Bluetooth for audio streaming. Both wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto are standard, so connecting your smartphone is a breeze.
The Advanced Driver Assistance Technology
Every trim is equipped with the excellent Buick Driver Confidence package, a suite of six driver assistance technologies. This package has forward collision alert, automatic emergency braking, and front pedestrian braking. You’ll also have the following distance indicator, automatic high beams, and lane keep assist supporting you on the road.
Your new SUV will also have a lane change alert paired with a side blind zone alert, protecting you from side collisions. Rear cross-traffic alert is also standard. Interested drivers may add adaptive cruise control to their Encore GX.
The New Exterior Style
The Encore GX has updated its styling and adopted a sleeker look for 2024, as evidenced by its slick new LED headlights. We love the futuristic new front grille, new front fascia, and new 18-inch Bright Silver painted aluminum wheels. The front and rear bumpers have also been reshaped to complement the modern new style, and there is now an updated logo on the front and rear of the SUV.
The Three Impressive Trims
The entry-level Preferred trim is a well-equipped SUV with a standard 1.2-liter turbocharged engine. This fuel-efficient design averages 30 miles to the gallon in the city, and 31 on the highway. The SUV’s interior comes with beautiful cloth seating with leatherette accents. The mid-level Sport Touring trim is new for 2024, and replaces the Select trim from previous years. This trim comes with edgy styling elements, like a flat-bottomed steering wheel, Gloss-Black mesh grille, and Black aluminum wheels.
The top-tier Avenir trim replaces the Essence trim from previous years. The rich interior of the Avenir stands out. We love the elevated leather-trimmed front seats with an Avenir exclusive quilt pattern on the seatbacks. You’ll have a 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, a flat-folding front passenger seat, and dual-zone automatic climate control to keep you comfortable.
