David and Michelle really came through for me with my lease of a 2024 Equinox EV. They were entirely upfront and honest about the process and admitted that an EV lease was not something they deal with regularly. GM does not apply the federal tax credit for EVs to lease agreements, even though the GM website calculator will let you estimate that and apply it to the calculation. However, the Blue Ribbon team helped clarify that and were very glad to help me apply the rebates that I did qualify for, and they were flexible on my trade value to get me where I needed to be with my lease payments. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and the leasing of my new EV. Thanks Blue Ribbon!

I brought my 2021 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 to Blue Ribbon Chevrolet due to performance issues, specifically, it was shaking, making a loud noise, and showing three diagnostic trouble codes. After inspection, I was informed that the turbocharger needed to be replaced, which would cost $3,200. I approved the repair, after I was guaranteed that this would fix the problem. The service department completed the work, stating that the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup. After paying, leaving the dealership, and driving the pickup for approximately 14 miles, the same problems returned. The pickup started shaking, making the same loud noise, and displaying the same exact codes. I brought the pickup back within an hour after picking it up, and this time they said the throttle body needed to be replaced. I believe the issue from the beginning was a faulty throttle body, not the turbocharger. I feel the dealership misdiagnosed the problem and performed an expensive and unnecessary repair. I am requesting a partial refund for being charged for a service that did not resolve the original issue. In addition to the misdiagnosis, I found the service department, specifically Barton Lewis, to be dishonest, rude, and unwilling to work toward a fair resolution. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and their communication throughout the process was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience has left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer. I am requesting that GM review this situation and assist in obtaining a partial refund for the misdiagnosed and unnecessary repairs. I am also asking that this dealership’s conduct be reviewed to ensure better accountability and customer service standards.

aService was NOT completed when car was returned after two months, in fact the SAME error is still showing. the people there are nice and cordial. but, ineffective at best. Specifically, requested third party or aftermarket parts - they bought OEM (and charged for the OEM). When I brought the car in - I told them my thoughts (which they promptly ignored). Come to find out that what I said I thought was wrong; is at least PART of the problem. The error was and still is "Engine Power Reduced". It was brought in to have the inner cooler replaced along with a hose from the inner cooler to the turbo booster. They replaced those AND THE RADIATOR (which there was nothing apparently wrong with - no leaks, etc). Both of which I said would defiantly need to be replaced, along with the turbo booster (which was ignored). I took it back to the shop and they ran their scans - now they are 100% sure that the turbo booster needs to be replaced. The insurance company and I are not happy with the service shop, and will probably NOT use them again for any non-warranty work with which I am obligated to use them. They should ALWAYS listen to the consumer!

the repair was as scheduled and was o time, the dealer completed the repair very well. the negative part is the customer should not have to pay $422.00 for a defective part and labor that was gm's fault and a recall on other vehicles with the same parts, we won't be buying any more gm vehicles.

When we originally made the appointment to repair a faulty signal light, we were given a date for the repair by a receptionist. But apparently, that information wasn't given to the service department. Because when we arrived, the part wasn't in stock. This caused us to drive 80 miles round trip for nothing. Another appointment was made, & this time, the part was ordered & replaced.

Vehicle was delivered for an oil change and check engine light. Parts had to be ordered. Once dropped off I was never contacted by service advisor. Any updates to unit had to be initiated by myself to check the status. At the conclusion of the repair another electronic part was damaged during the program process. More parts had to be ordered. The unit left and still had an oil leak. It wa brought back in on a wrecker. At the conclusion of the repair no paperwork was provided nor any explanation of what it took to fix the problem. As of the time of this survey I still do not know what repairs were made.

We dropped my wife’s car off at 7:30am for an 8:00am appointment scheduled a week in advance, and then I took her to work, and we didn’t hear anything from them all day so around 4:30 I told her call and see if her car was ready to which they responded nobody had time to look at it, I said what do you mean it’s been here all day? He said we had two technicians out and none of the others had time to look at it, so I said her car was the first appointment of the day so how does that work do you just pick and choose which cars you want to look at, or do you go by appointments? He said we had two technicians out today and nobody had time to look at her car! So apparently if the technicians don’t work the phones don’t neither they didn’t notify us of any issues, or offer to make her another appointment. We she called they told her if she didn’t get there before 5:00 her car would be locked in. Just terrible customer service as well!
