For all-wheel-drive (AWD) models, and optional for front-wheel-drive Select and Essence trims you get a 1.3-liter three-cylinder turbo that delivers 155 horsepower and 174 pound-feet of torque. It is mated with a nine-speed automatic transmission for AWD models or a CVT with front-wheel-drive versions.
Sophisticated and Spacious Cabin
Inside the Encore GX ST, you’ll find an upscale, driver-focused cabin with versatile seating options to fit your needs. It offers ample space for five people along with 23.5 cubic feet of luggage space. With the second-row seats folded flat, you get an impressive 50.2-cubic-foot cargo area with a reconfigurable floor. The fold-flat passenger seat back lets you carry longer items.
You can opt for available features like remote start, leather upholstery, climate control, power-adjustable seats, driver memory settings, a heated steering wheel, and a 120-volt power outlet.
